State Reading Test
September 01, 2010
Last spring all students in grades 3-8, 11 took the NeSA-R (Nebraska State Accountability Reading test). Parents will be receiving their child’s “Individual Student Report” September 1. Click here to view the parent letter sent home with students.
This is the only information being shared at this time, all other information is embargoed (and can’t be discussed/shared) until the October State of Schools Report (NDE) and Annual Report (District 145).
What we can share with you is the composite scores at each building were above the state average (as we would expect). Please remember, this is only one test, and doesn’t reflect all of the learning that takes place. We will use this data as one piece of information to help us examine how students are learning, and how we can improve. Click here to access the Nebraska Department of Education website to learn more about the NeSA-R.
